1. O.G. Variar & Sons – One of the Crowd’s Favorite and Famous Bakeries in Bangalore

O.Govinda Variar founded the Variar Bakery in Guttahalli in 1955. The Bakery relocated to a new location in Rajajinagar fifteen years later, in 1970. A second location for the Bakery was established in Rajajinagar’s West of Chord Road thirty years later. The Bakery also referred to as Variar Bakery, is well known for its mouthwatering, delectable puffs and biscuits. People from all over the city frequently purchase bakery goods like bread, biscuits, puff pastries, and cakes because we use only the highest-quality, most fresh ingredients.

5. B.B. Bakery (Sri Jayalakshmi Bakery)

This Bakery, which opened its doors in 1898, is one of Bangalore’s oldest. According to legend, the owner of the Bakery learned how to bake from an Englishman and went on to develop his line of bakery goods. Now it is after the name Sri Jayalakshmi Bakery. Some favorites include Palya buns, Khara Biscuits, and freshly baked hot bread slices.

6. Albert Bakery 

Everyone who grew up in Bangalore East has made Alber Bakery their go-to hangout since it opened its doors in 1902. An iconic location that is well worth the hype. Their mutton samosas are incredibly well-known! The best time to visit this place is to taste the festival foods during Ramadan.

One of the oldest bakeries in Bangalore

8. Iyengar Bakeries in Bangalore 

With a lineage of more than 65 years, Iyengar Bakeries in Bangalore are present in every nook and corner. Every foodie’s dream, the aroma of freshly baked bread, cakes, and piping hot vegetable and egg puffs transports back to childhood days.
